Our Research Values
Nonpartisan
Homelessness Hub leads the region’s efforts to conduct critical, unbiased and data-driven research to inform local policy and action with the ultimate goal of reducing homelessness and supporting housing for all.
Varied
Homelessness Hub studies a range of issues related to homelessness, from evaluating existing programs that serve people living unhoused, to documenting impacts of policy and practice interventions, to identifying both barriers and conduits to housing affordability in the region.
Collaborative
Homelessness Hub research teams include and are enriched by the wisdom of community advisors, people with cultural or experiential expertise, and students.
Applied
Homelessness Hub aims to understand the complex pathways into and out of homelessness in order to support policy, program, and systems innovation and change.
